Welcome to My Blog! Saowaluk yoga is my world :) Busy today but I still manage to practice SunsalutationA 10rounds


Sun salutationA or Surya Namaskar is very good sequencing for yoga practitioner all level. Easy and lots of benefits such as strengthens your back as well as your muscles and brings down blood sugar levels. It also improves metabolism and blood circulation for the body and much more. For me, Sun salutationA is my first vinyasa flow which help my mind claim while my body moving...so relaxiIng. In my person if someday I have short free time I will choose to practice #SuryaNamaskarA #ท่าไหว้พระอาทิตย์A because the sequence design for our hold body can exercise. I bring the sequence to show you below.
