1.Introduce 2- 3 minutes 

2.Warm up sequence 5 minutes 

3.Sun Salutation 5 minutes 

4.Standing sequence 10 minutes 

5.Standing balance 5 minutes 

6.Backbends sequence 8 minutes 

7.Forward bends 8 minutes 

8.Cool down sequence 8 minutes 

9.Corpse pose- Shavasana 10 minutes  Let'sgo.

However my class can adapt depending on clients yoga experience.
